These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReviewBoost (the "Service"), operated by us ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
To register as a Business User, you must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to act on behalf of the business you register. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
The Service generates a unique QR code for each registered business. When scanned by an end customer, the QR code leads to a review page where the customer can rate their experience (1-5 stars) and optionally use an AI-generated review suggestion or write their own review, before being redirected to the business's Google review page to post it.
The Service also provides a dashboard for Business Users to view review statistics, manage their QR code, access printable poster designs, and manage their subscription.
The Service is offered under multiple subscription tiers, including a free trial plan with limited review requests, and paid plans (Starter, Pro, and custom Enterprise plans) with higher monthly review limits and additional features. Current plan details and pricing are displayed on our pricing page and within your account dashboard, and are subject to change.
Paid plans are billed via Razorpay. Upon successful payment, your plan is activated automatically, typically within a few minutes, via an automated payment confirmation process. If your plan expires without renewal, your QR code and review collection features may be paused until you renew or upgrade.
Monthly review request limits reset based on your subscription cycle. Usage beyond your plan's limit may result in the review collection flow being temporarily unavailable until the next cycle or until you upgrade your plan.

End customers are solely responsible for the content of reviews they submit, whether AI-suggested or self-written. We do not guarantee that any review will be posted, accepted, or retained by Google, and we are not responsible for Google's moderation, removal, or ranking decisions regarding reviews.
Business Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service, including any incentives offered to customers to leave reviews, complies with Google's review policies and applicable advertising and consumer protection regulations. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be in violation of such policies if it poses a risk to the Service or other users.
Review suggestions generated by the Service are produced using third-party artificial intelligence models and automated fallback templates. While we aim for relevant and natural-sounding suggestions, we do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, originality, or quality of any AI-generated text. End customers may edit or replace any suggestion before submitting a review, and are responsible for the final content they post.
Each Business User is issued a unique QR code linked to their account and review page. If your account is suspended, deactivated, or your subscription expires, your QR code and any printed materials containing it may stop functioning or display an "unavailable" message to end customers until the account is reactivated. You are responsible for any printed materials (posters, table cards, stickers) bearing your QR code and for updating or removing them if your account status changes.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business information and any custom content you upload (such as your business name, logo references, or settings). We retain ownership of generated QR codes, poster templates, and the Service's codebase and design.
The Service relies on and integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to Razorpay (payments), Google (Maps/review redirection), and AI providers (Google Gemini, xAI Grok, Anthropic Claude) for generating review suggestions. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
We do not guarantee any specific increase in reviews, ratings, customer engagement, or business outcomes as a result of using the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or for non-payment of subscription fees. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and your QR code may be deactivated.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and where appropriate, via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
